The communication prior to arrival was very helpful as it provided us with different transportation options. the location of the accommodation was excellent as it allowed us to visit all the main attractions on foot. the apartment was both cool and quiet, despite being close to busy areas.
The quality of the sheets could have been better, and we noticed some cracked crockery. there were no salad bowls or other kitchen utensils.

I felt really safe in this hotel, with a lockable safe in my room. The location was great, really close to lots of shops and bars. Also, there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. I was really grateful for the welcome snack provided, which had milk, tea, bread, butter. The cooking facilities in the room, including a full-size fridge and kettle, were really useful.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - in an authentic neighborhood just outside of the crowded center, yet still so close to all the tourist places. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. I really appreciated the free toiletries and the additional facilities like free Wi-Fi and a car park.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

Great location, convenient bike rentals, and helpful staff. We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this apartment. The mini-fridge was stocked with pastries, milk, and juice which was a nice touch. The apartment is located in a quiet and authentic neighborhood, with the city's main attractions just a short walk away. The inclusion of free bike rentals was an added bonus and allowed us to explore the city even more.
Limited parking and outdated bikes. Finding parking near the apartment was a bit of a hassle which added some unnecessary stress to our trip.

The location of the hotel was good and within walking distance of the main transport stations and attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Service from the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was available at a nearby café. Specific facilities like a well-equipped kitchen were available for self-catering guests.
The hotel lacked a few amenities such as a hairdryer and toiletries.
